A Firm Built on Conviction.

Grown Through Trust.

Our Story

Started with one service. Built into something broader.

Concentric was founded in 2021 with a narrow focus: financial research for institutional clients. What we discovered quickly was that the same gap existed everywhere: businesses of all kinds needed high-quality, reliable analytical and operational support that they could not cost-effectively build in-house. So we expanded deliberately into accounting, market research, legal support, and administrative functions, always holding the same standard regardless of the work.

Why Concentric

Reasons clients choose us, and stay.

We absorb the analytical and operational workload so your senior team can focus on decisions that move the needle, not the research and process work that enables them.
Overnight execution. Your team wakes up to completed, review-ready deliverables, faster turnarounds without burning internal capacity.
Specialized depth across financial research, accounting, market intelligence, and support services, not generalists stretched across unfamiliar territory.
Ad-hoc projects, recurring retainers, or fully embedded full-time teams. We configure the engagement to your workflow, not the other way around.
30–60% savings versus onshore hiring, a product of deliberate operational choices, not compromises on quality or compliance.
SOC 2-compliant infrastructure with MFA, advanced firewalls, regular security audits, and data backup standards, meeting the requirements of the most demanding institutional clients.

Leadership

The people behind the firm.

A senior team that has built and run analytical functions at institutional firms, not a layer of managers between you and the work.
Neelraj Jadeja

Founder & CEO

I started Concentric Analytics with a simple belief: great businesses are built by great people. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to build and work with offshore teams across both captive organizations, including Guggenheim Partners and UBS, as well as third-party service providers such as Adventity and Sutherland Global Services. Those experiences taught me that successful partnerships are never built on processes alone—they are built on trust, ownership, and people who genuinely care about the outcome. When I decided to start Concentric, I wasn't trying to create just another outsourcing business. I wanted to build a company where talented professionals could grow, take ownership, and become true extensions of our clients' teams. Today, Concentric has grown into a team of 90+ professionals serving clients across the US and Europe. We support investment firms, family offices, insurance companies, and corporates across investment research, financial modeling, accounting, market research, legal support, and AI-enabled solutions. I'm particularly excited about the role AI will play in the future of professional services. While many see AI as a replacement for people, I see it as a tool that enables talented professionals to do even more. At Concentric, we use AI and automation to handle repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and free our teams to focus on the analysis, judgment, creativity, and problem-solving that clients truly value. Looking back, the reason I started Concentric was actually quite simple. I believed in the people around me. The relationships I had built throughout my career gave me the confidence to take the leap, and the people who joined me gave me the confidence to keep going. The company has grown, our services have evolved, and technology continues to transform the way we work. But one thing has never changed: If there is one thing I have learned in my career, it is that good people are the best investment you can make.

Rushabh Shah

Managing Partner

Rushabh Shah is a Managing Partner at Concentric Analytics, where he built the firm's finance and accounting services practice and continues to lead it. His work runs close to each client's own finance function, spanning strategic finance on one side and ongoing finance operations on the other. Before Concentric, he spent seven years at Guggenheim Partners, working across high-yield, investment-grade, and private credit. That credit foundation still shapes how he reads a business. As part of the founding team, Rushabh has focused on the structural work of scaling, building the teams, processes, and standards that let the practice hold up across very different clients. It serves publicly listed companies, asset managers, and fund managers, ranging from financial modeling, valuation, FP&A, and M&A analysis to outsourced operations such as earnings preparation, board reporting, cash flow forecasting, and, for many clients, end-to-end accounting. For a select group, the relationship extends to CFO-level support, with the team owning the reporting cycle alongside management. He holds a PGDM in Finance from the Welingkar Institute of Management and an engineering degree in electronics. His approach is consistent: run close to the client's finance function, and build the structure that lets it scale.

Mukesh Patel

Managing Partner

Mukesh Patel is a Managing Partner at Concentric Analytics, where he built the firm's financial modeling practice and continues to lead it, with a particular focus on maritime and transportation finance. He brings more than ten years across credit, advisory, and financial modeling. Before Concentric, he spent five years at Guggenheim Partners as a senior analyst, leading credit underwriting and fundamental research across public and private corporate credit (high-yield, leveraged loans, and direct lending) and building the models and capital structure analyses behind investment committee decisions. That underwriting discipline still carries into the work today. At Concentric, Mukesh is responsible for the analysts who deliver the modeling, the standards that keep it consistent, and the senior client relationships the practice runs on. Serving institutional investors, asset managers, and corporates, much of the work is vessel portfolio modeling across charter assumptions, utilization, financing structures, and asset sale strategies, alongside fund and investment economics such as carried interest, European and American distribution waterfalls, and preferred return frameworks, supported by scenario testing and industry research. He holds a PGDBM in Finance from the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research. His focus has stayed constant: build the analysts, the processes, and the standards that keep the work consistent as the client base grows.

Parth Dalal

Managing Partner

Parth Dalal is a Managing Partner at Concentric Analytics, based in Vadodara, where he oversees the firm's strategic initiatives and operational processes. Since 2022, he has drawn on his expertise in project planning, project management, and business strategy to keep the firm's operations aligned and running with precision. He works across cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals and to sharpen business strategy, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. His combined foundation in engineering and entrepreneurship gives the operational side of the firm a structured, execution-focused base. He holds a PGDBEM in New Enterprise Creation from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. His focus is steady: foster growth, hold operational precision, and enable the team to work well together.

Himanshu Todi

Senior Associate

Himanshu Todi leads the credit and advisory function at Concentric Analytics, working with institutional clients across the US and other global markets on public and private credit, deal advisory, capital raising, and equity research. He brings seven years across credit and advisory. Before Concentric, he was a credit analyst at Guggenheim Partners, covering high-yield and leveraged loans in TMT and supporting the US investment team across the capital structure. Himanshu heads credit research and fundamental analysis. His team works across credit (independent opinions, buy-side analysis, and portfolio monitoring), advisory (investment memos, deal materials, capital raising, and fund formation, in some cases taking a manager from an early idea to a functioning platform), and equity research for asset managers, supported by valuation, LBO modeling, and waterfall and fund return analysis across real estate, TMT, consumer and retail, and leisure and entertainment. He is also building AI and automation into how the team works, so more of its time goes to the judgment that drives the work. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research.
